The price of the products is displayed in lei or euros on the website and does not include VAT. Payment is made in lei at the exchange rate applied by the bank issuing the card with which the payment is made or, in the case of invoices, at the BNR exchange rate on the day the invoice is issued.
If there is an error in the price displayed on the website and paid by card, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the additional amount paid. If the error is in favour of the customer and it is due to the negligence of Dare to Learn SRL, we do not ask you for an additional amount of money.
Product prices may be updated/changed at any time and such update/change will supersede any previous price. Prices will be applied to your order from the time the order is actually placed.
The payment of the ordered products can be done as follows: by payment order/bank transfer in advance or online card payment.
If you choose to pay online with your bank card, the processing of your card data is done through the payment processor Stripe and Netopia Payments, and we will not store any data related to your card.
If you choose to pay by card, your card issuing institution will proceed to validate and authorize the payment. In the event that the transaction is not processed for reasons beyond our control (e.g., non-existent funds on the card, expired card, etc.), the contract between us is not concluded and we will have no obligation to deliver the products, but you can select another method or you can try processing the payment again with an accepted card.
The delivery of the products offered by Dare to Learn SRL through this website is done exclusively electronically. After successful payment and order confirmation, you will receive the access tools in electronic format by email.
Dare to Learn SRL does not deliver proof of access to training programs (invitations, tickets) in physical format.
